Whether is it is supporting daily living or assisting access, our team deliver more than 116,000 hours of support each year to the local community.
As an employer of more 160 staff, CLA promotes a work environment that fosters talent, embraces the innovative and promotes from within.
The organisation has a proud history, being formed in the late 80s by the determination of people with a disability and their families. Today, CLA is blessed to support 100 local people and has expanded to become a major local employer and significant contributor to the Fraser Coast economy and community.
Despite its growth, CLA remains proudly not-for-profit and vigorously upholds the same rights for self-determination which inspired its creation three decades ago.
