Our Company was founded in the year 2000 by our Company Directors, Evan Florinis and Andrew Turner. Along with our team of Property Professionals, we are constantly striving towards being recognised as the market leaders in our Industry.
Specialising in the Sale, Leasing and Property Management of all types of Commercial and Industrial property, Commercial SA continues to lead the industry with innovative marketing strategies and a strong focus on long term client relationships.
Our commitment to the Industry has been recognised by both the Real Estate Institute of South Australia and the Real Estate Institute of Australia.
We have been proudly recognised as the "2007, 2012, 2015 and 2016 Agency of the Year - Commercial & Industrial" by the Real Estate Institute of South Australia; who have also awarded "Commercial & Industrial Salesperson of the Year " to Andrew Turner in 2006, 2014 and 2016 and to Evan Florinis in 2007, 2011, 2012 and 2013 respectively. Furthermore we have been recognised as "Commercial & Industrial Property Management Agency" for 6 consecutive years - 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
It was also a great honour for Andrew Turner in 2007, and Evan Florinis in 2008 to be awarded as the "National Commercial & Industrial Salesperson of the Year", by the Real Estate Institute of Australia.
Commercial SA is the most awarded Commercial and Industrial Agency by both the Real Estate Institute of South Australia and of Australia.
