Established as an independent college of education of the Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) on the 1st of September 2003, the College of Computing and Informatics (CCI) is positioning itself for this venture.
Its evolution dates back since the inception of UNITEN in 1997, as a Department of Computer Science and Information Technology being a department under the College of Engineering.
The growth and expansion of the department is manifested by the decision of UNITEN's management to erect a conducive and elegant structure which, on the 15th of September 2004, became the operational centre of the College of Computing and Informatics (CCI).
One of our goals is to produce graduates possessing not only the skills and knowledge in all areas of computer science and information technology but also graduates with strong personal characteristics
