Coastal Nursing Services delivers high-quality, in-home nursing care to NDIS participants who are plan-managed or self-managed. Our team provides clinically informed support across all ages, from paediatrics through to older adults, ensuring that every person receives care that is safe, respectful, and tailored to their individual needs.
We specialise in complex and high-intensity supports, including wound care, continence assessments, catheter and stoma management, enteral feeding, medication oversight, and pressure injury prevention. Our nurses work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and allied health teams to promote stability, reduce risk, and improve day-to-day quality of life.
