Cloudheads is an active community of technologists committed to showcasing underrepresented groups in technology, including but not limited to women, non-binary people, disabled people, neurodiverse people, indigenous people, and culturally and racially marginalised (CARM) people 🌈
We currently operate in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia’s two largest technology hubs 🌏

Our community is for all those who share the vision of an inclusive workforce, but especially those who are also in technology careers, aspiring to be in technology careers, and curious about technology careers 🙋♂️🙋🏾🙋♀️🙋🏽♀️
Why is your focus on DEI in cloud, DevOps, platform, AI, and SRE?
Because those areas are specialised, influential to the whole tech industry, and tend to be even less diverse than more general areas like software engineering.
