CKP Nizaruddin Jurukur Bahan Sdn (BHD) is one of the oldest established Construction Consultancy firms in this region. CKPN provides complete professional Quantity Surveying services including specialist services such as Project Management and Contract and Commercial Management.
The original firm of Crisp, Kavanagh and Partners, Chartered Quantity Surveyors was set up in Malaysia in 1961 by Denis J. Crisp, who had earlier commenced practice in England, Australia and Singapore, which is to this day, an associated firm.
In 1976, Ahmad Nizaruddin bin Mohd Hashim entered into the partnership and the firm was renamed CKP Dan Nizaruddin Jurukur Bahan. In March 1983, the firm became a Sendirian under the present name.
Over the years, the firm has successfully undertaken numerous projects in both the public and private sectors. CKPN also has close collaboration with associated firms overseas, particularly in Singapore, and can call upon collaborated skilled expertise should the need arise.
