Description

We offer martial arts programs for children and adults. Our classes use methods and techniques from various martial arts styles, including Kempo Karate, boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, kickboxing and Muay Thai. We not only teach the physical aspects of these martial arts, but we also teach the most essential aspects that make martial arts so powerful. We teach the philosophies that separate martial arts from the sport but enhance all sports and life.

Our curriculum is exciting and challenging, as it builds self-confidence. With each class, new skill and belt graduation, you will notice your self-confidence build to a point where you will feel total confidence.

When you feel super confident, you will gain the spirit to overcome any challenge. It is easier to apply values like self-discipline, increased self-esteem, and personal respect. You will boost socialisation skills, trustworthiness, honesty, and integrity. These valuable lessons will help you overcome adversity while focusing on your life goals and dreams.
