CGL Legal is a boutique law firm located opposite the historic Guildford Hotel in Guildford, in close vicinity to the Midland business district. We offer a wide range of legal services including:

The practice director, Alex Atkinson, worked in Perth CBD law firms for most of his career. He decided to take his knowledge and experience and set up a practice in Guildford in 2012 so that he could be closer to his home in the Perth hills. Alex has more than 30 years’ experience in litigation and has represented businesses (small to large) and individuals in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, District Court, various tribunals and Magistrates Courts.
Alex has a dedicated and capable team of lawyers and support staff behind him. He is also fluent in German.
Our aim is to provide you with clear, practical and cost effective solutions to any legal issue you may have in a personalised and friendly atmosphere. Developing trust and a good relationship with our clients is very important to us. You will find that we are approachable and easy to deal with.
