Century Commodities Solution Pte. Ltd. (formerly China Coal Solution (Singapore) Pte Ltd. ) was incorporated in September 2011. The Company is wholly owned by China Coal Solution Co., Ltd., a supply chain management company which is listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange (Stock code: 600180). Century Commodities Solution Pte. Ltd. is the Group’s overseas center and has participated in “GTP (Global Trader Plan)” approved by International Enterprise (IE) Singapore since March 2012. The Company’s Founder has more than 15 years of experience in commodity industry. He is committed to develop CCS Singapore into a global trading platform and strives to conduct business in a professional and responsible manner. The Company has built trust and support among trade finance institutions, suppliers and buyers. CCS Singapore successfully issued the first S$180 million bond in October 2014. The transaction received overwhelming response and the order book was oversubscribed by 12 times, which achieved widespread impact in the market after the media release. Following which, the Company will be issuing another S$120 million bond.
This bond issuance will be beneficial to the expansion of the Company's import and export business, accelerating the globalization of the procurement and sales markets, and to improve the Company's comprehensive competitiveness.
