Description
Career Development Center Universitas Indonesia (CDC-UI) was established in 2005 as a forum to facilitate UI students/graduates towards their desired careers. CDC-UI also functions as a center for developing the quality of human resources to become a competent and ready-to-use workforce. CDC-UI aims to be a mediator between job seekers (students/graduates) and companies/agencies/industry that are in need of workers. CDC-UI is under the Directorate of Career Development and Alumni Relations (DPKHA) UI and is currently led by Prof. Dr. drg. Sandra Fikawati, MPH. CDC-UI has two main clients: students/graduates (UI and non-UI) and companies/agencies/industry. Currently CDC UI have about 6000 students/graduates and around 500 companies as a members.
The four main activities carried out by CDC-UI are career preparation programs (seminars and training), recruitment and job fairs, UI Career & Scholarship Expo, and tracer study. Here is an overview of each activity:
