The Carlton Brewhouse is located on the banks of the Yarra River in the heart of the iconic Abbotsford Brewery in Melbourne. As the home of Carlton Draught, Carlton Brewhouse boasts a fantastic beer hall and dog friendly beer garden to enjoy some of Australia’s favourite beer and pub fare from midday Tuesday through Saturday. With sport playing all day, including on our 12 foot screen, plus pool, darts and video games, where else would you rather be. Of course, it wouldn’t be a visit to Carlton Brewhouse without a brewery fresh pot of unpasteurised Carlton Draught straight from the tank!

With adaptable spaces and menus to suit any occasion, you are sure to impress your guests at Carlton Brewhouse. Whether you are looking to host a cocktail function with roaming canapes and bev packs, we can hold up to 400 guests. Or you are looking to host a seated event, conference or even wedding, we can cater for up to 220 guests across our varying spaces.
Brewery tours run daily taking you through the historic Abbotsford site. You'll be guided through over 100 years of brewing history & knowledge as you experience the sheer scale of this iconic facility on the banks of the Yarra. You will then return to the Brewhouse to sample your favourite brewery fresh beers, enjoy a meal, or enjoy some live music or sport.
