Since 2005, Cape has made architectural designs a reality, through commercial fitouts, construction, building refurbishments and seismic upgrades.

Having grown from a small team we are now an established construction company working across an array of projects, from boutique retail and high end office fitouts, through to substantial building refurbishments, new build projects and seismic upgrades.

We understand the importance of delivering each and every construction project on time and to budget. We work with our clients to balance creativity, costs and timeframes, while rising to any challenges that we may face during a project. It is our quick-thinking, detailed and collaborative approach that makes us the perfect project partner and a valuable asset to any build.

With over 30 fulltime team members, we work hard to deliver end-to-end management of all our projects. We instill a strong work ethic throughout the company, with trust, integrity, hard work and respect underpinning everything we do. With a hands-on approach from the company Directors, our clients can rest assured that their project has a team of experts invested in it. Each venture, is overseen by a Contracts Manager, who has in-depth knowledge of the industry and works to build a strong and transparent relationship with each of our clients.

Our team of experienced Quantity Surveyors control all aspects of the project budget, from initial estimates through to handover, providing upfront and detailed cost control throughout. While our Site Managers are on the ground, ensuring every aspect of the building programme is carried out as required. They have a strong focus on health and safety, ensuring risks are managed effectively to keep all our sites safe. Our strong Project Management skills have allowed us to complete over a thousand successful projects both domestically and internationally.
