Candalepas Associates is a rare Architecture firm that has produced a unique array of projects with diversity in scale and typology. The firm has produced projects ranging from religious buildings to public parks and individual houses to large multi-residential developments.
In twenty years of practice, the firm has been the recipient of over 30 awards in architecture, and almost every project the firm has completed has been published or awarded State or National Architecture Prizes, including the Sulman Medal (twice), The Frederick Romberg and Seidler National Awards in Architecture, the Aaron Bolot Award numerous times and the Premier’s Award. The office has also won and been shortlisted in several international and national design competitions, including most recently, The Fox: NGV Contemporary, Australia’s largest gallery dedicated to contemporary art and design.
