Our History CAB was first established in England during World War II to support people affected by issues such as rationing, homelessness, evacuation, and locating missing relatives and prisoners of war. In 1963, Mrs. G. Rushton helped establish CAB Western Australia, with a mission to provide access to practical information and support the local community.
