Description

We are a small family owned and run free range Berkshire pig and sommerlad chicken producer near Barham in Southern NSW on the Murray River. We are committed to producing the best quality pork and chicken through an ethos of low-stress animal management and regenerative farming practices. We handcraft traditional charcuterie and smallgoods without any nasties in our farmstead butchery, offer farmstays, farm tours and run hands-on workshops. Our annual on-farm event is HOGFEST in Spring. We power our business with solar.

We handcraft our goods on the farm with dedication to nose-to-tail use, including composting waste and using the bones for bone broth. All of our products are made weekly in small batches by hand and distributed to Victoria NSW into small organic delis and grocers, restaurants, cafes and butcheries with similar ethos to our own. Our CSA is the best way to get healthy nutritious produce from our farm.
