Since 2008 our goal has been to help organisations 'Build a Bridge' to a future where their employees leave work healthier & happier than when they arrived.
Sports science has shown us the way to get athletes to perform at their peak, now we can use these learnings for the 'Corporate Athlete'
Olly Bridge has 25 years of peak performance and health and wellbeing experience and is best known for his early work with elite athletes and subsequent work with "Corporate Athletes" around the world.
Olly has served as an Executive Director of the Workplace Health Association of Australia and has been awarded the AHRI's Martin Seligman Prize for Best Health and Wellbeing Program. Olly has held various senior corporate health and wellbeing roles and has successfully translated sports science principles to the "Corporate Athlete."
