Kami memulai bisnis internet sejak 1998, menggunakan nama 'Planet Infomedia', kami termasuk salah satu yang pertama menjalankan bisnis Internet di Indonesia. Saat itu, masih sangat sedikit bisnis internet diluar ISP, yang menyediakan layanan Internet Presence.

Dalam perjalanannya, mulai 2006, kami mengembangkan usaha dan mulai menawarkan berbagai produk lain untuk melengkapi layanan kami(misal: MegaComp menjual Perangkat Keras Komputer, Jaringan dan layanan pemrograman). Bisnis kami yang ada saat itu akhirnya disatukan ke satu nama: VERNEO Corporation. Setelah 2008, Penetrasi Internet sudah makin meluas, dengan munculkan berbagai produk netbook, dan juga perkembangan teknologi telepon pintar. Didukung perkembangan teknologi telekomunikasi yang cepat, Internet sekarang menjadi kebutuhan utama banyak orang.
