Every year, thousands of international students and migrants move to Australia with big dreams and even bigger hopes.

We are four of them.

Like many, we came with the goal to work in our fields and build a new life.

But here’s the thing: out of all those people, only a small percentage actually get to work in the jobs they trained for. We kept hearing two sides of the same story: people saying, “There are no opportunities,” and companies saying, “We need good people.”

Having been lucky enough to figure it out and work in our chosen careers, we saw the huge gap between these two sides, and it frustrated us.

We’ve all put so much on the line: time, effort, money, even our homes, to make it work.

So, when we saw others stuck and struggling, it really hurt.

That’s why we started brydg.

To be the bridge between those who are searching for their chance and those who are looking for the right talent. To add real value on both sides, not just by filling roles, but by creating connections that last.
