After working in the disability services industry for many years, our founders witnessed countless people losing sight of their goals and aspirations due to the one-size-fits-all approach to their support.
In 2021, we decided the time was right to build a new-age provider, centred around the idea that people with disability deserve tailored supports designed for their unique needs.
Since its inception, Bright NDIS Services has formed a team of industry professionals who believe customer-led services are the only way forward for the NDIS, particularly for people living with complex yet often invisible disabilities.
We acknowledge that people living with psychosocial disability are the real experts in what individualised support they need due to their unique lived experience.
Similarly, our approach to intellectual disability is driven by the specific needs of the customer creating more opportunities for choice, control, and growth.
