Support Coordination. Guided by experienced specialists, our Support Coordinators are dedicated to the people that they support. Our team of Support Coordinators are experienced and navigate the complexities of the NDIS with precision and empathy.
Theraputic Supports. We have an Allied Health team that consists of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology. Our therapists are dedicated to supporting each individual with a personalised and holistic approach that nurtures growth, capacity building and reaching goals.
Specialised Supports. In addition to the above, we provide Specialist Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching. We also help people with their NDIS Access Forms and guide people through the intricate NDIS systems and procedures, before and after they have obtained their NDIS Plan.
