Braziers is a boutique real estate and property management company. We can make improvements on the spot and we don't have to report to head office, as we are head office. The success of our business over the last 20 years is simple - we provide a property management & real estate service in Christchurch that delights property owners, and continues to bring a high percentage of new business through referrals year after year.

We are located at 307 Durham Street North (opposite the old Courts). We have two visitor car parks right outside our office. We look forward to seeing you!
