The 5MFBH association recognizes the importance of Diaspora in the development of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as its role of nurturing the values of diversity and inclusion for each individual or a group.

Thus, 'Bosnians & Herzegovinians in Australia’ has no political, religious, or ethnic affiliations. It is primarily focused on providing means to engagement of BiH Diaspora organizations, influential groups and individuals in advancing social and economic conditions in BiH, while also improving image of the country abroad.
