OUR MISSION
We want to uncover everyone's full potential in a technical profession regardless of one's background. If you are motivated, we will help you succeed.
OUR HUMBLE BEGINNING
We started in Vietnam. The founder saw so many students and junior engineers lacking clarity in their skill levels and completely oblivious to their potential. How could so many talented developers be making less than a dollar a day doing projects that were not going to help them grow their skill sets? He was troubled. The platform was born to change this.
Our initial efforts focus on running a non-profit training program to elevate those students and junior engineers' skills and give them industry exposure. Since 2015, we spent two years tweaking the program to help kickstart our trainees' growth and career advancement much earlier, such that by the time a student graduates, he/she will be stronger in technical skills and communication, and have a portfolio of projects, with working experience outside Vietnam.
OUR FUTURE MOVEMENT
The success of this training program encouraged us to scale impact through the platform, helping more people worldwide who face various challenges in advancing their technical career. Delivering equal values but more innovative features, the platform works on a concept of:
