Biz Growth Project was established to share my 15+ years of experience with business owners to help grow a profitable business through exclusive mentoring and coaching at affordable rates.
Over the last 15 years, I have dedicated my professional career working for and learning from major banks and brokerages including NAB, ANZ and Aussie Home Loans. I held senior management roles across a wide range of business units and assisted business owners from their inception into the market, developing business plans to build and scale, and ultimately helping to achieve their business goals by generating growth and profit.
Through my previous role as a mentor with Leadership Victoria and Australian Migration Settlement, as well as having been raised overseas and moving countries multiple times throughout my life, I pride myself on being able to connect and find commonalities with people from a diverse range of backgrounds. A skill that I believe is invaluable for all business owners to develop and nurture.
As a coach and mentor, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective that I've developed from my years of experience as listed above, my education in Bachelor of Commerce – International Business & Electronic Commerce, hours of various community-work and a deep intuition.
Being able to share the knowledge that I've acquired, combined with passion for connecting with people and helping them discover their greatest potential, is why I am able to help my clients establish themselves in fast-paced environments, scale their business, and help them reach their financial and professional goals.
