Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) is a member unit of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, which is assigned to receive, manage, and operate the Dung Quat Oil Refinery and Oil Refinery. A pioneer and lay the foundation for the development of Vietnam's refining and petrochemical industry, and at the same time a place to train high-quality human resources in this field.
Dung Quat Oil Refinery is a national key project with a total investment of over 3 billion USD, with a processing capacity of 6.5 million tons of crude oil per year. The successful construction and put into operation of Dung Quat Oil Refinery is significant for ensuring energy security, contributing to accelerating the process of industrialization and modernization of the country.
