Bermula dari Program Citradaya Nita 2019 yang digelar Perhimpunan Pengembangan Media Nusantara (PPMN), sebagai tugas akhir dirilislah situs web dengan nama Bincang Perempuan. Hadir sebagai ruang belajar untuk jurnalis perempuan dan perempuan muda untuk bertumbuh serta menjadi representasi suara perempuan.
Bincang Perempuan menawarkan ide-ide segar dengan isu utama perempuan dan anak muda dalam berbagai perspektif. Lingkungan, sosial, budaya, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan politik.
