We were incorporated in Malaysia under the Act on 17 March 2017 as a private limited company under the name of Binasat Communications Sdn Bhd. Subsequently, on 21st June 2017, we converted to a public limited company under the name of Binasat Communications Berhad to embark on the Listing of our Group on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities. Our principal activity is investment holding.

Through our Subsidiaries, we are involved in the provision of supporting services for VSAT Network Engineering Services, Mobile Network Engineering Services, Fiber Network Engineering Services, Satellite Hub / Teleport & Digital Satellite News Gathering (DSNG) Services.
