Bikarsa or Bina Insani Karsa is a combination of 2 sentences, namely Bina Insani and Karsa, where Bina Insani is taken from the name Bina Insani University which consists of the word bina which means education or coaching, and the word insani means human while for the word Karsa in KBBI it is power ( power), the urge of the soul to will. So, the name "Bikarsa" was chosen with the hope that those participating in this event would be able to become educated human beings to be willing to make changes for the better, especially in implementing a culture of innovation to create changes or keep pace with very fast technology. The existence of the word Karsa is also intended to be able to be a driving force and support force in facing changes in the industrial era 5.0. For the sake of achieving Bikarsa's own wish to continue to have the courage to desire and innovate to be better, especially regarding technology.

Bina Insani Karsa (BIKARSA) is organized by students from the Faculty of Informatics and the Faculty of Business which will be held in 2023, the current event is Bikarsa itself will hold a Business Plan and Webinar competition at Bina Insani University, with the aim of training innovation, creativity and analytical thinking in doing business among students in Indonesia.
