Big Glory Bay King Salmon are sustainably ocean-farmed in the remote and pristine cold coastal waters off Stewart Island/Rakiura, located at the very bottom of New Zealand. Our salmon is on the menu of some of the finest restaurants around the world and is admired for their consistently superior flavour and texture. Like a single vineyard fine wine, salmon this good is only grown and harvested in one place.
We don't just say that our Big Glory Bay King Salmon is "sustainably ocean farmed with care" - we mean it, and have the credentials to prove it. Our aquaculture practices are rigorously audited and certified each year by the highest authority in global aquaculture.
