We're Big Fat Smile. A not-for-profit that plays a pivotal role in the lives of thousands of children and families across Australia. We’re early education enthusiasts, with 40+ community preschools and out of school hours care centres, and a variety of community and inclusion programs. Each one dedicated to giving every child the best start in life. And each well-respected for the work it does.
We are creating an environment where everyone is welcomed, valued and respected – regardless of their differences. Where we can work together in courageous and imaginative ways. Where we can lead the sector through excellence and advocate the important role our educators play. Since 2012, 100% of our centres are rated ‘Exceeding’ and ‘Meeting’ the National Quality Standard.
