Kia ora! We're BFGS, your beverage and food gurus!
We launched our consultancy in 2021, with the goal of creating a one-stop shop for all of your technical needs for food, beverage, pet food, and everything in between. We have the right people, expertise, and capability, all at our central Auckland location!
Our team of directors - Sam Borgfeldt, John Evans, and Sarah Walter - are leading food technologists with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, and are supported by a team of seasoned technologists from a range of category backgrounds.
We work with companies of all sizes - from start-ups to multinationals - and work closely with our clients to deliver delicious tasting products and solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
