DCL - Benovas hiện sở hữu 4 nhà máy: bao gồm 2 nhà máy dược phẩm đạt chuẩn GMP - WHO và nông trường dược liệu 40 ha tại Bình Phước; 1 nhà máy sản xuất dụng cụ y tế; 1 nhà máy sản xuất viên nang cứng rỗng Vicancap. Đây là đơn vị duy nhất tại Việt Nam sản xuất và cung ứng sản phẩm capsule (viên nang cứng rỗng) các loại. Các nhà máy hiện chạy công suất tối đa, với công nghệ tiên tiến được nhập từ Canada và Hàn Quốc.
Ở mảng sản xuất Capsule, DCL - Benovas cũng đang tập trung nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm để mở rộng thị phần. DCL có kế hoạch sẽ đầu tư thêm 4 dây chuyền sản xuất vỏ nang cứng rỗng, tăng công suất thêm 2 tỷ nang/năm và dự kiến đưa vào hoạt động trong năm 2023.
