BELL Club is one of the oldest and most powerful English clubs under the Students' Union of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics. Established on November 13th, 1995, till now BELL Club has experienced 30 years of operation and development and will continue to innovate to bring students useful English knowledge as well as practical program for people to practice and apply the language.
