But not everyone enjoys the same freedom.
There are more than 50 million people in slavery around the world and more than 150 million children experiencing child labour.
Be Slavery Free is dedicated to ending modern slavery and human trafficking. We understand this wicked problem cannot be solved by any one individual, organisation, government or country. It's a shared responsibility of all global citizens, and can only be solved together.
Our mission is to end slavery in all its forms.
We believe that businesses have a critical role to play in ending slavery, and we work to empower them to take action.
We offer a range of services to businesses, including provision of the best resources and tools to address modern slavery, supply chain risk assessments, training for staff, facilitation of building policies and practices to address modern slavery in supply chains, review of modern slavery statements and more.
Be Slavery Free is a coalition of NGO's and like-minded businesses to campaign and advocate for systemic changes that combat modern slavery.
