Description
BBS TV obtained permission to broadcast locally in Surabaya on September 1, 2008. Since October 2009, it received an IPP based on the decision of the Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 371 / KEP / M.KOMINFO / 10/2009. The driving hour starts at 04.00-24.00 WIB every day.
The broadcast range will gradually include the City of Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Lamongan, Pasuruan, Kamal, Bangkalan, Malang, and Kediri. On October 1, 2015, BBS TV changed its name to Bios TV, which is owned by PT Bina Informasi Optima Solusindo. Bios TV will always try to provide information facilities to the people of Surabaya and surrounding areas to be able to consume quality information in the fields of politics, economy, education, law, social, religion and entertainment that are informative, communicative, educative and remain a creative product that is able to entertain the audience is on television media.
Bios TV has successfully become one of the networked televisions in East Java. This is evident from the network television it has managed to develop programs from their respective regions. Whereas only programs are relayed. On August 30, 2017, Bios TV changed its name back to BBS TV. In 2018, BBS TV reaches Jabodetabek area through digital TV, and will be followed by major cities in Indonesia.
