At BBP, we are redefining what is possible by creating high-quality and reliable plastic pellets for large-scale industrial and consumer applications. By delivering a high-quality product we aim to inspire industries to adopt a circular approach to plastic and build a sustainable raw material ecosystem.

Indonesia generates 7.8 million tonnes of plastic waste annually with an estimate of 4.9 million tons mismanaged due to poor collection and disposal infrastructure. Roughly 600,000 tons of this ends up in Indonesia’s waterways and oceans. While waste collection remains an issue, recycling accounts for only 10-15% of this plastic waste.

Poor sorting infrastructure and low quality processing have made recycled plastics unsuitable for large scale users such as FMCG, Automakers and industrial users. Recycled plastics have been relegated to the unusable category despite the promise they show when done correctly.

BBP was founded in 2022 with one mission-To recycle at least 30% of the 7.8 million tons of plastic waste generated annually. We focus on recycling Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE) plastics.
