We understand that not only is the relationship with the Landlord an important key factor but also the relationship with your tenant. We are in constant communication with the tenants allowing us to always be one step ahead - if tenants are thinking of moving, we will know about it and will work quickly to maximise the buildings exposure to the market.
Our team members are highly experienced, well qualified and motivated to deliver results consistent with our clients’ investments strategies. The team has huge capability across the asset management disciplines and have a global connection with Knight Frank giving Bayleys the ability to derive insights and expertise from their pool of market-leading research and resources across the national and global markets.
Being situated in the middle of what is considered the ‘Golden Triangle’ of investment property, we are able to provide a complete property and facilities service across the Bay of Plenty area and beyond. However, we don’t stop there! We currently manage assets from south Auckland through the Waikato, down through Rotorua, New Plymouth, Hawkes Bay, Dannevirke, Palmerston North to Christchurch and Invercargill. We welcome all properties throughout New Zealand.
