Our business was founded in the 1950s when Col Baker, his brother Bob and their father Hec worked tirelessly over four decades to build a reputation as one of the most successful painting companies in Queensland.
This high standard of expertise lives on today, as Col’s sons Chris and Tony Baker continue the family tradition of Baker Bros. Master Painters. Chris and Tony both completed their apprenticeship and trade through the company in the 1970s and have more than 70 years’ combined experience in the painting and decorating industry. You can be assured the legacy of this family painting company will continue to achieve the high standards that Baker Bros. Painters has been known for throughout the decades, ensuring the same quality control procedures and standards of application endure to this day.
Baker Bros. Master Painters has extensive experience in all residential, commercial, body corporate and industrial areas and in all other painting requirements. We offer services throughout the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast areas and are committed to the highest quality standards in all our operations.
We are very conscious of the need to maintain the highest possible standards of care when working in these particular environments. All effort is made to provide a service that has minimal impact on the ongoing work processes of our clients. This is achieved by familiarising ourselves with our clients’ work operations and procedures, and by developing mutually agreeable terms of operation.

Master Painters holds a Queensland Building and Construction Commission Licence No. 1224914 and is a member of the Master Painters Association of Queensland and the Aussie Painters Network. Our tradespeople are fully qualified and have the relevant training, expertise and experience required to undertake painting projects of any size or scope.
