Bahas Hukum berdiri sebagai bentuk respon terhadap perubahan metode belajar sejak masa pandemi Covid-19 lalu, yang mana memakai metode belajar secara daring atau online. Melihat hal tersebut tentunya bukan merupakan suatu hambatan atau penghalang untuk terus belajar dan menimba ilmu. Di sisi lain Bahas Hukum juga lahir dan berdiri yang merupakan bagian dari bentuk dukungan untuk memanfaatkan secara bijaksana akan perubahan zaman dimana sekarang di berbagai sektor khususnya dunia pendidikan dan pelayanan hukum sudah memakai sistem dengan berbasiskan digitalisasi.
Bahas Hukum adalah salah satu platform edukasi hukum yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2021 yang saat itu dirintis dan digagas oleh mahasiswa hukum yang memiliki semangat untuk belajar mendalami hukum dengan tujuan untuk memberikan edukasi, pencerahan dan meningkatkan kesadaran hukum kepada masyarakat tentang dunia hukum dan kebijakan di Indonesia.
