PT. Bahari Tirta Management was established at Centre Jakarta, Indonesia Faced with the continuously rising demand for global sea-based manpower recruitment our company places a premium on serving its clients with the highest degree of proficiency and professionalism.
This has taken place through the untiring effort of experienced ex-seafarers with the purpose of initially supplying Indonesian crew to all types of vessels including luxury cruise vessels operated by International Principal.
The company's main objective is focused on manning and supplying qualified seafarers to fill International Maritime Requirements. Our aim is to provide ship owners and our clientele with experienced seafarers fully equipped with individual fields of expertise and holding Internationally required certificates. This ensures that service is delivered to all our various clients. Our Company is focused on the supply of seafarers and crew Management activities.
We have two departments that provide each independent service as crew agent and partnership including recruitment consulting.
PT. Bahari Tirta Management is committed to the principle of providing highly skilled Indonesian Seafarers at a reasonable cost without prejudice and tho the quality of work. Our main concern is to deliver efficient service in line with existing Maritime Industry International standards and International Certificate requirements.
We want to have a strong business relationship with the shipping company and the crew manning Agency Company, we are committed to providing maximum service. The Management and staff of the company are properly retrained to ensure adherence to one ultimate goal. We always prepare all crew tests and interviews for the agreed-upon activation level, certification, and health before joining to vessel.
