Established to answer the question of what to do when homeless have no shelter.
Backpack Bed for Homeless has answered this problem with the study proven and life saving Backpack Bed.
Today, over 1,100 homeless agencies distribute our Backpack Beds and Fire Retardant Sleeping Bags to street sleeping homeless. Some have described the internationally acclaimed Backpack Bed as an invention for humanity.
The success of the Backpack Bed program has now reached the USA, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Canada and South Africa.
The Backpack Bed has been awarded 7 international product design awards and has been acquired by 4 international design museums.
Backpack Bed for Homeless is ASIC audited yearly, exceeds best practice on expenses to donations and was awarded Australia's highest honour the Australian Human Rights Award.
