With 40 combined years commercial and culinary experience, their aim was simple; to create a venue in Sydney’s CBD to meet, do business, and socialise. All in a friendly, familiar, and welcoming atmosphere forged from their Italian heritage.
Flagship venue, Avenue on Chifley – located in Chifley Square – was the first established. Chifley’s focus on great coffee, high quality food, wine and beer offerings and (most importantly) unparalleled service. All this was brought to you from a team who know and understand their corporate customers’ needs.
From humble beginnings the business has grown. Avenue Group Sydney now own and operate Avenue on George – in the new headquarters of 200 George, and Avenue on Sussex – which opened in 2017 in the Darling Park precinct on Sussex Street.
The next chapter was the development of the Alleyway a small bar concept. The ‘little brother’ to the more sophisticated Avenues. Followed by Stream Espresso which opened in 2018 and was inspired by the quick and easy product and service for the CBD corporates. Pirrama Espresso is the latest venue under the Avenue Group brand; which caters to the Pyrmont and surrounds corporates.
In addition to their central locations and award-winning food and service, ‘the Avenues’ are versatile venue concepts. All have both indoor and outdoor spaces and offer private functions, large group bookings and event catering.
