Using APSYN, process engineers can build "the best possible process flowsheets at a click". APSYN produces the best possible processes at a conceptual level. Conceptual Process Design (CPD) is a critical starting point in developing any chemical process. The conceptual process that results from CPD sets the limits on how efficient and profitable a process can be in its lifetime. Traditionally, this task is done using "trial and error" methods while heavily relying on previous experiences. The traditional approach requires a team of engineers working for months to develop a process flowsheet, with no visibility on the quality of the results. APSYN shrinks that "months of work" to "minutes" and only produces top quality flowsheets. APSYN is unhampered by previous knowledge, and thus it can design truly innovative processes that have never been thought of. APSYN uses our proprietary artificial intelligence algorithm to achieve that.
