ACVOA will be promoting a safe and responsible domestic commercial vessel sector that will advocate for effective regulation and promote improvements to the industry through efficiencies, innovation and the development of technology and skills.
Our Advocacy Areas:
Represent, advocate and advance the common interests of its eligible members;
Facilitate effective communication between its eligible members, and between ACVOA and government regulators and policy makers regarding common issues and legislative matters;
Monitor industry developments and communicate these developments to its eligible members;
Enable an environment for its eligible members to share information, provide mutual support and opportunities to network with other eligible members; and Conduct activities that are complementary or incidental to the above purposes.
