Description

Asian Pac Holdings Berhad ("Asian Pac") is a public-listed company on the main board of Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad. It was incorporated in Selangor (then under the Federated Malay States) as a limited company on 20 June 1913. It assumed its present name on 12 February 1996. Asian Pac is principally focused on investment holdings, property development and investment, shopping mall, car park ownership and management, as well as trading of building materials.

Several key projects that Asian Pac have taken in recent years include the Kepong New Township with projects such as Fortune Perdana, Fortune Entrepreneurs Park and Fortune Avenue amongst many others. Asian Pac also has presence in Johor with its latest project being Dataran Larkin. In East Malaysia, Asian Pac is also the developer of Karamunsing Capital, KK Times Square Signature Office, The Loft Residence and Imago Shopping Mall, all in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Imago Shopping Mall is the company's flagship mall development that is managed in-house with a vibrant and dynamic mall operations team. As the only non-strata lease-only mall with over 800,000sqf of net retail space, Imago opened on 28 March 2015, and brought in many international and national brands to open their first outlet in Sabah, if not in East Malaysia.

Asian Pac will be embarking on other new and exciting projects in Sabah as well as in Peninsula Malaysia, such as a 3-phase commercial and residential development at KK South, a high-rise mixed-development project in our Kepong New Township, a high-rise residential development at Damasara Damai, as well as embarking on a 400-acre township development at Labu, Negeri Sembilan amongst many other pipeline projects.

Asian Pac won Focus Malaysia's Best Under Billion Award 2015 in the Best Profit Growth category. In 2016, Asian Pac also won 4 categories in the International Property Awards 2016/2017.
