Ascendsys is an information security consultancy and service provider that facilitates information security solutions to complex ICT environments. Since our establishment as an end-to-end information security provider in 1991, we have been delivering 'best of breed' bespoke technological solutions to meet the ever-growing demands for reliable, scalable and efficient business solutions. From a humble beginning as a security advisor cum service provider, we have outgrown to an indispensable security partner to several mission critical security operations locally and internationally over the years.
Our Accomplishments
We have served numerous organizations to provide extreme value added information security services. We have been selected as the exclusive Managed Security Services provider for several Federal Government agencies in Malaysia. In addition, we have also assisted some of the regulatory bodies in enhancing their security posture and capabilities which include Developing advanced capabilities such as Cyber Security Early Warning System, Incidence Management Processes and Procedures and Advisory services.
In addition, we have been appointed by the Malaysian Government through the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) to design, build and transfer the International Multilateral Partnership Against Cyber-Threat (IMPACT) on behalf of Government of Malaysia which included building and designing the IMPACT Global Response Center (GRC) and Global Cyber Threat Laboratory, providing technical advisory and support and developing various sub-systems to support GRC and the Cyber Threat Laboratory.
In 2010, MSC Malaysia acknowledged our contributions by awarding the APICTA Awards for merit for Ascendsys Secure Engine Technology (ASET).
We received ISO certification in 2016.
