Arte Axis Design Group is a FIABCI winner boutique multi-disciplinary design group specialising in ‘Salutogenic’ and green building environment.
The quadripartite consortium consist of :
1) Anuar Aziz Architect; the professional architectural firm. It was incorporated in March 2000; and certified ISO 9001:2008 Series for Quality Management System in 2013
2) HealthDesigns Asia Sdn. Bhd is a group formed to provide consultancy on the design of healthcare facilities, and equipment planning.
3) Arte Axis Interior Sdn. Bhd formed in February 2009, specialising in interior design consultancy and ‘design & build’ contract
4) Arte Axis Architecture Sdn. Bhd formed in January 2010, the Project Management, BIM (Building Information Modelling) & GBI (GreenBuildingIndex) facilitator consultancy.
Central to our company philosophy is design excellence, achieved through extensive and active collaboration with our Clients, consultants and specialists.
Our work emerge from an evolutionary design process, exploring and testing ideas, while focusing on the Clients’ objectives, functional discipline and value based design. This resulted in a variety of innovative, practical and sometimes out of the box design in response to the Clients’ aspiration, environment and statutory compliance.
Where necessary in-depth studies could be conducted to obtain the best solutions. This has enable us to integrate ‘salutogenic’ design, universal ‘access for all’, biopsychosocial references, ‘biophilic’ designs and green design principals successfully into our design. BIM is utilised to resolve any inter-discipline design issues.
We believe our team of young professionals possess the imagination, skills and commitment to undertake any project; as well as ensuring smooth running and successful projects, pre, during and post contract.
