We are a team of geriatricians who are working to ensure all older people living in residential care have access to the best holistic specialist care, provided in a timely, considered and compassionate way.

We partner with general practitioners by assessing people living in residential care who would benefit from a Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment. These thorough assessments cover a client's medical and life history; as well as assessing cognitive, psychological and functional status. During these assessments, we identify health management priorities and then make specific, tailored recommendations for care to the person's general practitioner. The result we strive for is to optimise the health, function and quality of life of older people.

Our Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments are fully bulk-billed, and require a referral from the person's general practitioner.
