Argyle Community Housing Limited is a not-for-profit community based provider of social and affordable housing Our core focus is captured in its vision which states:

“By providing housing as the foundation, assist our customers and their communities to achieve a better future”.

Argyle currently serves over 4,500 clients through the management of over 2,300 tenancies and provision for maintenance of over 2,700 properties. In addition to the provision of housing we:

  • Provide services to the homeless
  • Link our clients to services provided by third party organisations to create sustainable tenancies
  • Create partnerships aimed at reducing disadvantage and achieving social inclusion for our clients; and
  • Foster individual and community capability and capacity building through community development projects and tenant participation initiatives
