Founder and Group CEO Theo Kotselas started Archangel Wealth from humble beginnings with a simple principle: always do your best and help others. It’s a trait that was ingrained in him by his hardworking migrant parents and an admirable ethos that has guided him through 40 years of business practice. Now it is encouraging and inspiring his clients and a new generation of employees.
Theo’s passion for helping others has been one of the driving force behind Archangel Wealth’s success and growth. The staff are dedicated to supporting their clients, helping them to grow and reach their full potential. After all, every client’s success is Archangel’s success.
As the business has grown, so too has the leadership team with the recruitment of directors and business partners Anthony Abood and Sam Kontogiorgis, who uphold the work ethos and family values regarded highly by the Archangel family.
Collectively, the leadership team continues to foster the company’s brand culture of treating clients as though they are family, using their commercial acumen and practical solutions to promote business growth and stability.
For more than 40 years, Theo is fondly regarded as Archangel Wealth’s ‘go to’ person who can solve any problem; giving rise to the company’s unofficial motto: “We find practical solutions to our clients’ problems”. It is an approach that the leadership team and clients greatly admire, acknowledging the team’s commitment to their success.
